Cornea and Ocular Surface

A cornea transplant is an invasive procedure that replaces affected part of the cornea with a healthy donor corneal tissue. It can restore vision, reduce discomfort.

Refractive (LASIK) Laser

Cataract

Our Hospital have an In-House dedicated Optical Outlet, which showcases the latest designs of branded and un-branded spectacle frames. We provide personalized care to every patient. The Spectacle Lenses been suggested as per the Patient’s prescription and their life style.

Pharmacy

The primary mission of hospital pharmacy is to manage the use of medications in hospitals and other medical centers. Goals include the selection, prescription, procuration, delivery, administration and review of medications to optimize patient outcomes.

Contact Lens Clinic

Contact lenses when compared with spectacles, provide better peripheral vision and do not collect moisture or perspiration. They are very good for sports and other outdoor activities. Aesthetics and Cosmetics are the main motivating factors for choosing contact lenses other than the functional and optical reasons.

Low Vision Aids Clinic

Through our vision rehabilitation program, we assist persons with permanent visual impairment through a variety of training programs for life skills as well as in the use of assistive devices. The program aims to aid those with permanent impairment lead independent lives and is based on the individual’s nature of impairment.

Operation Theatres

The hospital has operation theatres (OTs) to undertake various eye surgeries ranging from microsurgery and phaco to complex retina surgery, corneal transplants and more. There is also a dedicated Paediatric OT for children.

The OTs are fitted with advanced equipment like IOL master, Laser, digital FFA, ultrasound and Spectral Domain OCT to undertake complex and delicate procedures. In addition to conventional surgeries, refractive correction through 500 MHz WaveFront LASIK is also conducted at SRJ Netralaya.
